De Parelkamer’s teabag art take on my Brabantsedag poster

This was too cool not to share. The greatest compliment for an artist is when their work resonates with someone enough for them to create their own art. And now the good people of De Parelkamer in Heeze created their own version of the Brabantsedag poster I designed for the 2025 edition…. using teabags, of all things. I didn’t even know teabag art is a thing, but check how pretty it looks:

Merci, De Parelkamer. I feel honored!

The “Parelkamer” in Heeze is a small-scale, creative day activity center and gift shop for young people with intellectual disabilities. If you’re Dutch, give them a visit on their website: https://www.deparelkamer.nl/

For the original poster I designed, check this post: Animated Festival Poster.

Read the press release about the 66th Brabantsedag, with the theme “Carnaval Unmasked” (Dutch: “Carnaval Ontmaskerd”) here.

Brabantsedag is a really unique and cool way of storytelling using theatrical parade floats. Check their website out to discover more about it! The parade around the carnaval theme will take place on Sunday August 31, 2025 in Heeze, near Eindhoven.
